Processing & Delivery Times
For orders placed before 7am AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes :
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Okay Captain will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Okay Captain, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Okay Captain cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.
